Roaring River State Park activities are fishing, camping, bicycling, hiking, and picnics. Just 5 minutes from our cabin.
Roaring River is known for its premier trout fishing. The river is stocked regularly by the park's hatchery, ensuring that the fishing is seasonally abundant. Fishing licenses and tags are available at the park where they also sell equipment, tackle, camping gear, and groceries. Roaring River is a fisherman's paradise!
Roaring River Spring emerges from the base of a shady limestone bluff and produces an average of over 20,000,000 gallons of water each day. The two and one-half mile spring branch is separated into three fishing zones. Wading is permited in Zone 2.
